When you enter into a Reservation Agreement with Avalon Town Homes you will gain a position on our Priority List. You will receive a priority reservation number upon our receipt of your signed Reservation Agreement and a $1,000 refundable deposit, which will allow you to choose your preferred unit at a later date. Members of our Priority List have the first and only opportunity to purchase a town home at pre-construction prices.
As a member of our Priority Reservation List, you will be invited to review floor plans, and choose your preferred unit, according to your priority number.
